Can Anti-Rattle Clamp be Used With Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Hitch

I have a 2017 Ram 1500 and I tow a travel trailer that weighs about 7000 with a Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System. I noticed where the hitch pin goes the hole is starting to be oblong. Doing a search on your site you recommend an anti-rattle clamp. Looking at them are they ok for use with that type of hitch, what is recommended?

Yes, you can 100 percent use an anti-rattle clamp with an Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch and they will do a very nice job of keeping the shank of your hitch steady. The best option and highest quality is from Roadmaster, with the correct one depending on the size of your hitch receiver:

Hey Steve, You can definitely leave the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches #RM-062 on while towing a trailer. This device is simply a clamp to hold the ball mount securely against the inside of the receiver tube.
