How to Tell if Curt Hitch Receiver Will Install on a 2023 Ram 1500 Classic

Question:

I have a 2023 Ram 1500 classic tradesman model it came with the factory class three bumper hitch will this fit. I see it says without factory hitch on the description I dont know what you mean by that.

Hey Sal, thanks for reaching out!

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13333 will only fit if your 2023 Ram 1500 Classic doesn't have a trailer hitch receiver already installed. Since you said yours comes with the factory bumper hitch this won't be compatible unless you're able to remove that hitch.

I'm attaching a video installation of this on a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic that you can use to compare what you have to what this truck was installed with when we installed the Curt hitch on it.
