No, they are not. For the Roadmaster TruTrac Rod Kit item # RM-1259-106 we only have the Replacement Polyurethane Bushing item # RM-205209-00 which is part number 23 on the installation instructions linked below. They're sold individually.
The sleeve you are looking for is part number 205504-00, number 22 on the installation instructions, and we do not have it.
The Item # RM-1259-106 is a kit that includes the Davis TruTrac and a front anti-sway bar.
