Hi Christopher; from what I could find online, the 2023 Coleman Rubicon 1200RK uses a 215/75-14 tire, and for a spare that would work you can use the Provider ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # TTWTRTM2157514D.
These are the same size but not an exact match, because your Rubicon uses off-road tires. So this will get you out of a pinch if you have a flat, or work just fine as a replacement if you want to switch away from off-road tires.
