Can I specify a custom spring seat distance AND have it pre-set up for an axle flip? Thanks.

No, sorry Dan you can not. We have all the parts you need to move the spring seats on the Dexter Trailer Idler Axle w/ Hubs item # 20545I-EZ-72-10 you were looking at but we do not install them. You will need two of the Spring Seat for Typical 2,000-lb, Round Trailer Axles item # TRSS175 for a 1-3/4" diameter axle.
