Is the Replacement Mounting Brackets and Hardware for Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate required for mounting on a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali?

Hello Troy. A mounting bracket/hardware kit will be required in order to install the Westin HDX Grille Guard on Your 2016 GMC 2500HD Denali. That said, the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-3795 comes with a bracket and hardware kit, so there are no additional parts you will need to purchase in order to install this grille guard on your truck.

Can I get a winch mount for this that will work on my truck?

@Troy Our best option for that would be install a front mount hitch on your truck like the Curt Front Hitch # C31071. The hitch will allow you to mount a winch tray and a winch. I recommend the Bulldog Winch Standard Series Off-Road Winch # BDW10042 which has a 9500lb maximum rating, the Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate with Handles # BDW20011, and to be able to remove and reinstall the winch quickly you will need the Bulldog Winch Quick-Connect Set w/Dust Cover # BDW20133.

@Troy It will not. Grille guards and front hitches occupy the same area and mounting locations on the fronts of vehicles. So you would have to choose between either the front hitch or the grille guard.
