Hey Chris!
We don't have the weld-on 21K straight coupler from Demco, but you can still use a bolt-on style like the part # DM16080-95 you were looking at and have that welded to your trailer instead of bolting it in place.
We used to have the (discontinued) Demco part DM12662-97 which was a weld-on equivalent to the Dexter Axle # T1755000 if you're wanting something like that instead.
