Hi there David; we do have truck camper jacks that can work for your F-250 with a lift and large tires. What you can use are camper jacks from Brophy, which have a 17" to 67" lift range, which is the highest possible lift height. There are a couple options depending on the weight of your camper.
- 3,000 lb Capacity: Brophy Cable Camper Jacks - 67" Max Lift Height # CJ74
- 4,000 lb Capacity: Brophy Heavy Duty Cable Camper Jacks - 67" Max Lift Height # CX74
