Hey Jeffrey, thanks for reaching out!
The EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH65SR is the only option from EcoHitch for your 2023 Subaru WRX. This differs from the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7257 you were looking at in that the Stealth has a removable receiver that sits below the bumper. When securing the Stealth receiver to your WRX there is actually a bolt you'll need to tighten down and you'll use that hole in your bumper you referenced to accomplish this.
I will add that while the Invisi provides a better looking installation, it is an absolute pain in the butt to secure the hitch pin for accessories to that style of receiver because you have to reach up and behind the bumper to do so. Some nicer bike racks also have auto-latch pins that can't be used with the Invisi design either so the Stealth will simply be easier to use with accessories as well.
Attached is a photo of the Stealth installed on a WRX for you to reference.

This makes sense, thanks; I was wondering how you'd ever get to the hitch pin...
