Hi, I have the Lockrack Surfboard Rack - 13-3/4inch Wide - Channel Mount Item # LR59FR and I just noticed that I lost the two plastic covers that go on the end of the 13-3/4inch metal base. I also notice that I miss placed two keys. How can I get these parts? Thank You

Hello John, we can definitely get you some replacement keys for your Lockrack Surfboard Rack # LR59FR. Unfortunately the plastic cover piece is not something that is available separately.
As far as the keys this rack can come with several possible keys. You still have two of the keys right? The key itself will have a number stamped on it, so if you can double check that number, we can make sure you get the correct keys. The following key codes are available:

I do not have the key with me and need to order more. is there a way to match it with the model # of the roof rack? this is for a paddleboard.
