Hey Jeff, it looks like you were looking at the Demco Commander II Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511012 which means you can use the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Motor Home Mount Tow Bars # RM-035-1.
These adapters will work with 7/8" and 1" diameter rings and includes all of the mounting hardware needed for install.
