I confirmed with Demco that your Demco Commander II Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511012 is compatible with the Roadmaster's D-Ring Adapters # RM-035 and # RM-035-1. Their tech did state that you would most likely need some additional bushings to fill in the gap because the arms of the Commander are a bit thinner and that these would need to be sourced locally at a hardware store.
I do also want to highly stress that you must ensure that your bumper is rated to tow from. If it is not stated in your bumper's paperwork then you will need to call the manufacturer to confirm. If you need any other recommendations for flat towing components then please reply back with your vehicle's year, make, and model and I can find the correct parts for you.
