First of all if your Class B camper did not come from the factory with a receiver the Curt # C13207 is my recommendation as it is made in the USA. This will bolt on underneath your 2017 Ram ProMaster 2500 chassis with no drilling required.

As you have the swing open doors I recommend using the Swing Away Adapter # SAR36VR which will allow you to access your rear doors without having to remove your bikes. For a bikes the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack # HLY64FR is my preferred rack for E-bikes behind a RV. This rack is of course RV rated and is capable of carrying 2 bikes up to 80lbs each. That will allow you to carry most the E-bikes on the market and the frame style mount is ideal as most E-bikes are going to have fenders.

It would be a good idea to install at least a 4-Way # C58DR with the receiver. You are most likely going to want to run some Auxiliary Lights # C53201 behind the bikes to ensure other drivers can see a clear set of tail lights. These are also required in some states to keep you legal.
