The product listing pictures both the ez-lube cap and a standard cap, but the description does not state that both are included. Are both a standard solid metal cap and a metal cap with a rubber grease cap included?

The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # K08-201-9B does include the standard and E-Z lube grease caps. What you see in the product images and review video is what you get.
