Hey there Terry; thanks for the question and the answer is neither the Roadmaster Tow Defender # RM-4750 or Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard # RM-4000 will rub against the motorhome when making turns.
Keep in mind the right one will depend on the Roadmaster base plates you have. the Tow Defender is for direct-connect base plates while the Guardian is for crossbar-style base plates.
