Yes, the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller # RED44FR is compatible with your 2017 Lexus GX 460. Since your vehicle has the factory tow package I recommend picking up the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter # C51362 and cutting off the black connector then splicing the universal wiring pigtail from the Redarc to the adapter so you get a plug-and-play setup.
