Hello there i need replacement latch for sears x-cargo sport 20, cant find exact part on the web, please let me know if you carry those parts, thanks

The only mounting hardware that we have to work with a Sears Sport 20 is the Replacement Hardware Kit for Sears Cargo Box # TH05603, although it does look different than what you have in your photo. If you think this can work as a substitute for your box then go for it, but I have to be honest that I don't think I've ever seen your mounting bracket style before so I don't have too much insight into the fitment side of things.
