Correct Replacement Lock and Install Instructions for a Sears Sport 20-SV

I need to replace the lock. What lock and key do I get to replace this? Also is my van good and ready to haul this? We inherited this and have never used a topper. So I need all the tips to installing correctly. Plus the lock is just rusted so need to just replace that. Otherwise it’s well cared for.

For your Sears Sport 20-SV, you can use the Replacement Lock Core and Key for SportRack Explorer Cargo Box # SR03807 for a replacement lock and key.
To mount this cargo carrier to your Honda, you're going to need a set of crossbars like # TH711420 but without your vehicle info I'm not going to be able to get you a set of bars that'll work for you.
Once you have the bars installed, you'd just need to slide the included saddle until it separates from the carriage bolt and drops down. Then you'll position the saddles under the cross bars and push the saddle back over the carriage bolt and slide it forward until it stops. Turn the knobs clockwise and tighten equally and securely.
