Can the Spacing on the Thule Roof Rack for a 2024 Honda CR-V Be Adjusted on the Factory Rails?

Hi, I saw your recommendations for a Thule roof rack kit for a 2024 Honda CRV with stock flush rails, but my question is: Can the Thule crossbars be installed much further apart front-to-back than the stock crossbars only about 28.5 inches apart? I would prefer 4+ feet apart as Id be carrying a 21-ft racing OC1 canoe weighs only 20 lbs, and Im concerned that the stock crossbars being so close together would result in too much torque on the canoe in crosswinds. Thanks

Yes, they can! The Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Rail and Edge Flush Rail Roof Rack Feet item # TH52KE can be moved up and down your Honda CR-V's side rails. They do not screw into fixed positions so you're free to adjust them.
