will this hitch work on my 2023 ram 2500 with factory installed puck system on 6.5 bed Q 25HITCH

Yes, the Cut Q25 fifth wheel hitch part # C16049 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for the OEM pucks of your 2023 Ram 2500 short bed. While this says its' for the long bed truck it would fit just fine in a short bed truck as well.
Typically la short bed truck will need a slider hitch to provide enough clearance to make tight turns which is why this is listed for long bed trucks but if the trailer has an extended pin box and a tapered nose we have found that sliders aren't needed.
