I'm sorry to hear about your trouble and I would be happy to help you get your boat where it needs to go. For a hitch that fits your 2017 Tucson and won't need to be returned I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e54AR you were looking at. This has a bolt-on installation and a matte black finish.
The hitch also has a concealed cross tube so only the receiver will be visible at the back of your vehicle, giving it a nice clean look. The 2" receiver makes it a better choice over any options with the 1-1/4" since you will have a greater selection of ball mounts and accessories. The hitch capacity far exceeds the capacity of your vehicle so you will be limited by the towing capacity listed in your owner's manual.
Since you're towing a trailer you will also need wiring. The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118501 is the most reliable option for your Tucson. The T-connector plugs into the connection points in your rear cargo area so no splicing is required. Once installed, you will have a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights.
The last thing you will need is a ball mount. The etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 is a good overall option that covers a lot of bases. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
I have attached an article below which explains how to measure for trailer hitch drop. I recommend measuring your setup before choosing a ball mount to make sure it will work for your application. I also attached some installation videos for your reference.
