The OEM replacement for the knob on your Thule 725 ski rack is the Replacement Thule 2-Wing Knob # 753-1897-03. The Replacement 3-Wing Hand Knob # 753-0745 you referenced will fit since it works with M6 bolts but the 2-wing knob is the direct replacement.
