The highest capacity front mount hitch for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma is the Draw-Tite item # 65070. This hitch has a 500 lbs vertical load limit and a 5,000 lbs maximum towing capacity. It bolts to your Tacoma with included hardware.
I have linked an installation video below to help you get this hitch installed. Please note that the splash guard will need to be trimmed and the skid shield will be removed for hitch installation but can be reattached.
