i have a 2023 Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium with tow package and hitch What do I need for a hitch and wiring

Sorry, I am a little confused by your question as you mentioned needing a hitch and wiring but also said your 2023 Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium comes with a tow package and hitch.

If you need a hitch I recommend our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e95ZR which is also what I see you found. This will give you a 2" receiver opening for a Ball Mount Kit # C45534.

For the wiring we have either a 4-Way # C43FV or 7-Way # TK64CR depending on the size of the trailers you are going to tow. The 4-way is the most common connector used on single axle utility and boat trailers. A 7-way is found on larger trailer which use electric brakes or have a battery system on the trailer. You can use an Adapter # PK12716. You will also be able to add a Brake Controller # 90195 to the 7-way kit.
