Does Curt Trailer Wiring for 2024 Mazda CX-90 Put Vehicle into Trailer Mode

Question:

Do you know if this will enable the Trailer mode option on my PHEV CX-90? With the factory towing setup a new drive mode appears when you have a trailer attached that disables some of the rear sensors. I would prefer this trailer option. Hopefully the Curt product will do this. Current drive modes are EV, Normal, Sport and Off road. Trailer supposedly only shows up when a trailer is attached.

Since the Curt 4-way kit part # C24ZV plugs into the factory trailer wiring port it would put the vehicle into trailer mode when towing a trailer like you are wanting it to.
