Question:
Do tires come with tire valve stems? Or do we purchase them separately?
asked by: Marie
Expert Reply:
Tires that are sold alone, not pre-mounted on a rim/wheel, do not include valve stems but we do offer these as separate items. Tires that are pre-mounted and sold with a rim/wheel do of course include the valves.
I have linked you to the various parts available, which include both metal and rubber types and in various psi ratings, such as # AM20906.

I did tell them the old tires I had on were almost 15 years old so they should have known to change them. Just inconvenience that I have to go back and dish out more money because of some ones laziness.

I got 4 new tires, they didnt replace the valve stems , I told the guy when I bought the tires which still looked good that the tires where 15 years old, now 2 years later with only 1500 miles on the tires and not driven in the winter all 4 valve stems are crack, very unsafe, most people wouldnt have noticed, I always thought they put new valve stems on when you get new tires.
