This stem valve will work with a 205/75R14 D Rating 8 ply 65 PSI. Will it work when tires get hot and PSI increases while Driving?

For a valve stem that fits the same size as the one you referenced and is rated for higher than 65 psi you'd need the part # AM20906 which is rated for up to 200 psi. Since you'd be nearly exceeding the capacity of the # AM20903 once the tire got warm it would not be my ideal recommendation for you.
