No, the 2,000lb # RAS4611 and 3,000lb # RAS54FR RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kits will not change the unloaded ride height on your 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The only way they would begin to change the ride height is if your factory leaf springs were so worn and sagging they reach the point the RAS begins to activate under a load.
