The Lippert Shock Kit # LC281255 is the only option for shocks on a single axle trailer but it is still possible to install these on your 2020 Gulf Stream 199DD. You can use the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 to flip your axle so it is in the overslung configuration. This will also raise your trailer by the diameter of your axle plus the height of the leaf spring stack so you would also gain additional clearance.

If you would rather not raise the trailer, or would like less work for installation, then I would consider adding the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs # TSS-106-40 instead. This kit is designed for underslung axles and will help absorb shock to smooth out your ride. SumoSprings also help sway and increase stability. They don't require any maintenance and come with a limited lifetime warranty.
