I recommend the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH32VR as the best option for your 2024 BMW X7 40i x-drive. This receiver has a removable ball mount and 2" receiver so when not needed you will not be able to see any part of the receiver behind the fascia. It also includes wiring for a 7-way and an adapter which will drop it down to a 4-way flat connector.

Be sure to get a Carrying Case # 391CASEC to store the components when not in use.
