The best trailer hitch receiver option for your 2023 Audi A4 Allroad comes from Stealth Hitches and they have 2 different kits available depending on what you plan to use the hitch receiver for:

- Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDA417 (for bike rack and cargo carrier-type applications)
- Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # 391AUDA417T (the above receiver as well as wiring and a ball mount)

If you only plan on using the receiver for a bike rack or cargo carrier then the first kit is what you want to go with, but if you plan on doing any towing with your vehicle you want to go with the second kit as it comes with everything else you'll need for towing.
