Do the # BWTS10035B work with the GMC Sierra multi Pro tailgate? Meaning, will the tailgate hit the hitch when stowed?

Expert Reply:
You need the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BW29FR since you have the Multi Pro tailgate on your 2023 GMC Sierra 1500. This will clear the tailgate when the hitch ball is flipped into the stow position unlike the Mount # BWTS10038B you found.
We do have the 2" Hitch Cap Sensor # C57VV you can add to your sierra if you use a standard ball mount or the system you found. This will prevent that portion of the tailgate from opening when a ball mount is inserted into the receiver.
