Do you have a bulldog sleeve coupler repair kit for the low profile slide lever latch?

We unfortunately do not have the coupler repair kit you're looking for because it's been discontinued. I'd recommend just replacing the entire jack with a new one like the Bulldog Round, A-Frame Jack # BD1550100317. This is a sidewind jack that has a 3,000 lb capacity, 13" of lift, and can be bolted or welded on.
