Will the front hitch from my 2013 3500 Chevy Silverado fit my 2020 gmc sierra? The pictures of the hitch’s look the same.

No, I am sorry it won't. There's been two generation changes since your hitch came out. Neither the Curt item # C31023 or the Draw-Tite item # 65078 front hitches that fit your 2013 Chevy Silverado 3500 will fit a 2020 GMC Sierra 3500.
To add a front mount hitch to your 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 you will need the Curt item # C52NR you were looking at. I have linked an installation video below to help you get it set up.
