What you need is the Adapter Kit for Rhino-Rack RTL600 Legs # RRT-FK1. These are designed for Thule tracks but we have found that they will also allow you to use Rhino-Rack Legs # RRRLT600 with the UltraGroove # 311-KRD7833 on your 2023 Ram 2500.
