Based on the information you provided you have a 1621 bolt pattern so the Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret # RP34FR would be the correct replacement for you. This will come with a generic wedge kit, but the # SWW-06 will be a better option to go with the B&W 5th wheel hitch you were looking at before.
