Question:
Why cant the sidewinder pin box be used on BandW turn over hitch? But can be used on the puck style

This is a really good question. So the reason is because a Sidewinder pin box like # RP34FR puts quite a bit more twisting torque on the hitch and how it attaches to the vehicle. So it requires a hitch that attaches to the truck bed in at least four locations around the perimeter of the hitch base. The Companion hitches that attach to a Turnoverball hitch only really attach at the center post which can't handle the stress.
