We have a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Plugin Hybrid, Limited touring, is etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2 Item # e98903 compatible? If it is, what additional accessories do we need to buy?

Yes, it is! The etrailer Hitch item # e98903 has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica including the plug in hybrid. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Chrysler with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver.

Please note that Chrysler does not recommend towing with the hybrid models so you will want to refer to your owner's manual. This hitch is still great for bike racks and cargo carriers. You won't need any additional accessories to use one of these parts.
