Question:

Bought the replacement clamps for Trac Rac for Tacoma. Came with clamps and screws but not foot/top clamps. Also, the screw hole that securely holds the clamp in the rail is too close to bed to use Allen screws. Am I missing something? Thanks.

The Thule Xsporter Pro and TracONE Ladder Rack Adapter Kit for Toyota Tacoma # THXK4B you have only comes with the adapter and the Allen bolts so it's not going to have the base or top clamps.

If you're looking for the feet, you'd need the Replacement Clamp Foot for TracRac TracOne, T-Rac Pro2, and Steel Rac Ladder Racks # TAPT-27300.

For the other clamps you'd need the Replacement Modular Clamp for TracRac G2 and TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Racks # PT-27064-02 with the mounting kit # TH45RH.
