Question:
The Dexter DX89FR actuator seems nice being a flush profile allowing it to be easier to stand on when getting out of my truck I have the type of truck canopy where there is no tail gate so when backing out of the truck bed on hands and knees the first place you want to step down to is the coupler. My older style Titan L 60 coupler like your T47457207K has the vertical coupler latch mechanism and the break away lever also sticks up. Though what I like about it is the front rollers are easy to access by removing a front face plate, then grease can easily be applied directly to the front rollers when needed. Is it a hassle for lubing the rollers on the DX89FR? One of your techs sent me the written instructions and unless I am mistaken the entire internal assembly must be remove to gain access for greasing the rollers? I am interested in your take on this. Thanks

Correct, you do have to remove the inner assembly to grease the rollers of the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator w Electric Lockout - Bolt On - Disc # DX89FR. You would have to remove the retaining ring and its washer on the roller pins to then take out the inner assembly, and if you are looking for ease of use in that regard it isn't the most optimal.
I know you said you liked the low profile, but if greasing the rollers is more important to you then you'd have to get a standard actuator, and for one with grease zerks for the rollers go with the Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-20.
