To add a hitch to your 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C26VV. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Toyota with included hardware.

The Curt item # C26VV is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity and a 500 lbs maximum tongue weight. I really like this hitch because the entire crosstube mounts behind the rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver visible. This not only looks better but helps with ground clearance.

To add a wiring harness you will want the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C59236 if you have the tow package or the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter item # C59236 if you do not.

To round out your towing setup, I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop.
