I want to install this brake controller in my 2023 4Runner. Does it have one of the panels that can fit the blanks in my vehicle? What wiring harness do I need?

The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED24FR installs in your 2023 4Runner using the # RED49FR wiring harness. This allows for a plug and play installation. For a mounting panel you need the # 331-TPSI-002 which is designed to fit the 2014 to current 4Runner.
