TorkLift does not list any fits for your 2012 Dodge Ram Crew Cab with a five-foot, seven-inch bed. But I do have another option for you.
I recommend going with Brophy Camper Hold Down Brackets, # HSSF. These are a universal-fit item that will work on most full-sized trucks, including your 2012 Ram Pickup.
The brackets wrap around the bed rail, instead of using the stake pockets.
The brackets include the hardware for fastening the bracket to the truck, but we also offer hardware to attach the camper to the brackets, the kit is # TDHP. The kit includes 4 turnbuckles, 4 S hooks and 4 lengths of chain.
