Yes, it does so long as yours doesn't have center exhaust. The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C92UR has been confirmed to fit both the hatchback and sedan models of the 2024 Honda Civic. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware.
The Curt item # C92UR is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have attached a couple of pictures below along with an installation video to help you get this hitch set up and show you what it looks like once installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
