2" spacer. Since your 2018 Ram 2500 with a 4" lift has 2-1/2" taller springs in the back you will want to use the 2" Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL item # AL52420. These spacers will compensate for your lift and allow the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs item # AL57289 to function properly.
I recommend adding the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System item # AL25980. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
