I do have a solution for you as the Buyers Products Pintle Hitch Plate w/ ICC Bumper # 3371809038A is only confirmed to fit the 2003-2010 Chevy/GM 4500 and 5500 cab and chassis trucks. Instead you can use the Fabrication Kit # 3371809042 along with the ICC Bumper # 3371809025 to create your own plate for your 1994 GMC Top Kick C6000. The fabrication kit includes a 5/8" thick mounting plate which is 34-1/2" wide by 15-1/2" tall.
