Would this below listed solution on your website work for the 11/4 “ Yakima on-ramp bike rake model as well?? Thanks for your help! The License Plate and Tail Light Relocation Kit for Yakima EXO System # Y74VR is specifically designed to fit the EXO System. There would not be a good way to mount this on the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2inch Hitches - Frame Mount # Y36FR. Although it would be lacking a license plate bracket and light, you could add lights to your bike rack using the # 98174LED along with the # BK70BB.

Yes, it would! The Trailer Light Mounting Bracket item # BK70BB and the LED Light Kit item # 98174LED would still be the best way to add a set of lights to a Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack 1-1/4" item # Y96FR.
I have attached a picture below that a customer sent in of this lighting set up installed on a Thule bike rack so you can get an idea of what yours will look like.
