Question:
Have 08 silverado with a A16 hitch. Looking to mount same hitch with the puc adapters in my 24 Silverado. My question: Current hitch height is 18inch . 24 bed is 1 1/2inch deeper than the 08. This hitch states a max height of 17. This would result in my spacing ping form the current 8inch to 5 1/2inch correct? Thats not enough. The BandW hitch has height of 18 1/2......

If you use an adapter like the Curt # C88KR instead of replacing the legs on your Curt A16 # C16120 your hitch will sit 2-1/2" higher to offset the height of the 24's bedrails. The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3710 you referenced does have a top height of 18-3/4" if you'd rather replace the hitch, but it really just comes down to how much you'd like to spend.
