I was hoping to find out how the draw-Tite 76910 Hidden Hitch®is installed on a 21 ford explorer. Im thinking of getting one but dont want to bite off more than I can chew.

I can definitely help with that. Installing the Draw tite # DT62GR on a 2021 Ford Explorer will be a medium difficulty install. There is no drilling required. You will have to temporarily move the exhaust and an underbody panel. You will have to trim a section of the underbody panel, as well as some cutting of the heat shield.
Take a look at the video I have linked below. This shows installation of the etrailer class 3 hitch # e29YR on a 2020 Explorer. It will be an extremely similar installation process to the Draw tite hitch.
