I have a e2 hitch round bar and was wondering if I could purchase a new set of brackets for the trailer side?

Yes, you can! I have linked all the parts you will need below to replace the brackets for an E2 weight distribution hitch like item # FA94-00-1000:

Replacement Sway-Control L-Bracket item # FA93-02-5150

Replacement Outer Link Plate item # FA93-02-5350

Replacement Inner Link Plate item # FA93-02-5200

Replacement Hardware Kit item # FA92-02-9200

All of the parts are sold individually. There is not a kit where you can buy the entire bracket available but these individual parts will set you up.

The only way will be to replace the entire assembly as the rear back plate is not available by itself. For that you'd need the part #RVSTLB61. The great news is that the price for this is very reasonable and you get an all new assembly.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
